Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and Core Tools implementation.
Hands-on experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D problem solving
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, SPC
Leadership in inspection system setup, audits, and documentation control.
Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making and improvement.
Exposure to CNC precision components, supplier quality, and automotive customer PPAP requirements.
Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).
Align QA activities with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Drive culture of quality, accountability, and process discipline across the plant.
Lead PPAP / APQP submissions, 8D responses, and customer audits.
Monitor customer complaints, rejections, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Manage supplier audits, approvals, and incoming quality control.
Supervise inspection teams and QA processes
Plan and lead internal, process, and system audits.
Identify trends in rejection and variation data; initiate corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analysis and promote Poka-Yoke implementations.
Conduct in-house training on Core Tools, engineering processes

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
