Job Overview :

We are looking for a

QUALITY Assurance / Control Processionals

to work with us as a key member of our production team.

Candidate with Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering - Mechanical,

with good aptitude for Production process, Quality Process , Quality Assurance, and having

relevant work experience as Quality Assurance & Control

in manufacturing companies into Industrial / Auto Ancillary /Automotive Components / Industrial Spares / Machinery Spares / High Precision Components. Should have a Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, Sound knowledge of QC tools, Quality Standards, quality procedures and should thrive for continuous improvement, product quality and corrective action.

Experience :

For QA & QC Managers : 7 - 15 years of relevant Experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet industry standards as per drawings and other specifications fixed by customer, meets their expectations and legal requirements. Candidate should work towards optimizing the quality of production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing quality control systems, developing and conducting tests, analysing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions when needed. Quality Engineers also conduct audits of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

?Ensures responsible for checking the quality of products and materials, meet quality standards and customer requirements

Conducts inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products

Identifies and resolves quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions

Develops and implements quality control plans and procedures

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes

Educates and trains employees on quality standards and procedures

Conducts risk assessments and establishes mitigation plans

Maintains quality documentation and records , Monitors and audits supplier quality

Coordinate with other organization teams and heads to develop effective processes to maintain and improve the products' efficiency, implement and follow regulatory procedures and standard protocols. Continuously improves quality systems and processes.

identify areas of improvement, inspect the finished products, and adjust product development techniques based on the client's specifications

Oversee a company's manufacturing operations, handle the production team and address concerns immediately.

Detect and identify mistakes, conduct constant inspections, coordinate with various staff and supervisors, develop the workforce's quality by training employees, and come up with strategies that will help the company attain financial gains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
