Role Overview

We are hiring a

Quality Assurance Manager

experienced in

New Product Development (NPD) Parts

with strong expertise in

AS9120, AS9100, ISO 9001, FAI (AS9102), DFAI, PPAP

, and advanced quality tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all quality processes for

New Product Development (NPD) Parts

Manage QMS in compliance with

AS9120, AS9100, ISO 9001

Execute and review

FAI (AS9102), DFAI, PPAP

documentation Conduct

internal & supplier audits

, handle NCR & CAPA Collaborate with Engineering & Production teams for NPD quality Ensure customer & regulatory compliance throughout product lifecycle Drive continuous improvement using RCA, 8D, and data-driven quality methods

Requirements

Minimum

8 years

of aerospace quality experience Strong experience in

FAI, AS9102, DFAI, PPAP, NPD Parts Quality

Proficiency in quality tools:

FMEA, 8D, RCA, SPC, MSA Hands-on experience in QMS audits, documentation & supplier quality Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
