About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic

QA Intern

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic QA exposure to gain hands-on experience in

manual and automated testing

while contributing to the development of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand feature requirements. Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications. Perform manual testing across different platforms, devices, and browsers. Report bugs and issues clearly using tools like

JIRA

Trello

, or

ClickUp

. Work closely with developers to replicate and debug issues. Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation. Learn and gradually assist in writing automated test scripts (optional).

Requirements:

Basic understanding of software testing life cycle and bug life cycle. Familiarity with testing techniques and types (functional, regression, smoke testing, etc.). Good communication skills and attention to detail. Familiar with tools like

Postman

,

Excel

, or

Google Sheets

for test case documentation. Some exposure to web/mobile applications testing (academic or internship). Knowledge of

HTML/CSS

,

browser dev tools

, or

API testing

is a plus.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Exposure to

Agile/Scrum

methodologies. Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks like

Selenium

Cypress

Appium

. Experience working on Git or version control systems. Ability to write or understand simple test scripts (in Python, JavaScript, or Java).

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
