Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Perform tests and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to resolve issues. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and testing equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Certification in Quality Control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
