Job Description

Seeking a Quality Assurance & Inspection Expert with 10+ years of experience in dam construction, preferably RCC dams. The role involves ensuring quality control, material testing, and compliance with standards to maintain structural integrity and durability.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures, material testing, and site inspections. Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality benchmarks.

Requirements:B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in QA/QC for dam construction. Expertise in construction materials, RCC mix design, and inspection protocols. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
