Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming material Inspection
2. Determine quality metrics of all manufacturing processes.
3. Pre Dispatch Inspection, 5S, Kaizen, Report writing & quality documentation.
4. Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
5. Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
6. Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
7. Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
8. Knowledge of QC tools - Vernier, Height gauge, Micrometer, dial gauge etc.
9. Knowledge of fabrication & surface treatment - Welding & Powder coating
10. Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
