Implement and maintain Quality Assurance procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections as per approved quality standards.
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Identify product non-conformities and support Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and test results documentation.
Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits (ISO, GOTS, etc., if applicable).
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality training programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
Good understanding of CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit processes.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
