We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO Management Systems. The ideal candidate will support quality processes, internal audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
ISO Management System Implementation & Maintenance
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, or others as applicable.
Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, SOPs, manuals, records, and logs.
Monitor process compliance across departments through regular audits and follow-ups.
Internal Audits
Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits as per ISO requirements.
Prepare audit reports, identify non-conformities, and follow up on corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Support external audits and certification audit processes.
Quality Assurance Activities
Ensure quality procedures are implemented effectively across operations.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Assist in risk assessments, deviation management, and root cause analysis.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation of all QMS-related processes.
Track compliance status and maintain accurate QA records.
Support in preparing MIS reports related to quality metrics.
Training & Coordination
Provide basic guidance/training to staff on ISO processes and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous compliance and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
ISO management system implementation
(ISO 9001/14001/13485 or similar).
Strong knowledge of QMS documentation and internal audit procedures.
Good understanding of CAPA, RCA, and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
