Food Safety Executive
to ensure that our food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld across all outlets.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting audits, ensuring compliance with food safety norms, and training teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct periodic
food safety and hygiene audits
across outlets.
Ensure
compliance with FSSAI regulations
and internal food safety protocols.
Identify and address non-conformities with effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead
food safety and hygiene training sessions
for kitchen and service teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit reports.
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to drive a culture of
safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
.
Assist during external inspections and certifications.
What We're Looking For
In-depth knowledge of
food safety standards
(FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
Strong observation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Passion for maintaining quality and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
