Experience

: Fresher/1-2 years experienced in Quality Assurance Department in sterile formulations.

Based on Experience

Preferred Male Candidates Only

:

Exposure in preparation of SOPs. Exposure in QMS (Deviation, Change control, CAPA, QRM). Exposure in shopfloor line clearance, sampling and dispensing activities Exposure in preparation of BMRs and BPRs. Exposure in training, issuance and control of documents. Co-ordination for Process validation and cleaning validation sampling. Preparation of Site Master File, Quality Manual, Quality Agreements, and coordinate Product Quality Reviews (PQRs). Co-ordination for Vendor management system. Exposure in preparation/ review of URS, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols & reports for equipments / instruments coordination with user department. Coordination with third party for calibration related activities.
