Key Responsibilities

To review third-party audits for FSSAI compliance, ISO 22000 certification, and related food safety standards. Assess client processes against FSSAI regulations (e.g., licensing, labeling, and hygiene requirements) and ISO 22000 frameworks, identifying gaps and non-conformities. Prepare detailed reports, corrective action recommendations, and certification documentation for regulatory submissions. Support certification issuance, surveillance audits, and recertification processes to ensure ongoing adherence. Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies (e.g., FSSAI), and internal teams to resolve compliance issues and promote continuous improvement. Maintain audit records, update certification databases, and contribute to internal quality assurance for the certification body's processes. Stay updated on evolving FSSAI regulations and ISO standards to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent). At least 1 year of experience in food safety auditing, compliance, or certification services. Completion of internal auditor training for ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety management systems. In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations, third-party auditing methodologies, and certification protocols. Strong analytical, report-writing, and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
