Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Executive will support daily QA activities within the radiology reporting workflow. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic radiology knowledge, and the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of reports. The executive will work closely with Radiologists, QA Leads, Coordinators, and Technical teams to maintain smooth operations and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing radiology reports and DICOM images to identify mismatches, missing findings, or formatting errors. Support the QA team in daily quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. Perform routine audits and maintain accurate records of QA outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve report-related issues promptly. Handle basic client queries and share updates in a timely and professional manner. Maintain QA documentation, follow SOPs, and ensure proper reporting of daily tasks. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly QA reports for internal use. Participate in identifying recurring errors and support corrective action planning. Perform hands-on QA reviews during workload peaks or staff shortages. Ensure efficient use of PACS, QA tools, Excel, and Google Sheets for report tracking. Maintain strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.

Core Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of radiology modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.). Proficiency in PACS systems and QA tools (preferred). Strong analytical and observation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Fast typing and good command of MS Excel & Google Sheets.

Experience & Qualification

1-3 years of experience in Radiology QA / Quality Control or similar role. Graduate degree in Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality output within deadlines.

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and aligned with experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
