Responsible for driving the "Control" initiative of QUALITY of STUDDED Jew -West Region wherein Process Audits; Report generations; Alignment to Vendor/KP Quality Production; Resource Planning & deployment & maintaining system for Vendor/ Karigar ratings.

Graduate Graduate in Jewellery Manufacturing


Relevant Experience

Jewellery Experience of minimum 7-10 yrs

1. Process Audits - Vendor/ KP location

Jewellery process Audits to ascertain that vendor partners are following proper norms/processes SQA & SCL1 Audits - Studded Jew vendors Best quality products No of New Standards Created and Demonstrated No of Video Standards created Data Analytical Results SQA score above 80 for selected vendors Less rejections at Final stage Improved Strength Building Quality at Source Zero returns new collections bulk

. NPIM feedback during bulk delivery

Smooth Bulk production On time market launch Proto to Bulk FTA Zero Quality returns after Bulk launch


2. Resource Planning & alignment to Vendor/KP Quality Production

Day to Day planning of QC team for Vendor/KP locations. Quality Alignment of Vendor/KP production. Maintaining Attendance/leave records for off role Quality team. Timely dispatch of Quality products to Btqs Proper monitoring of offline employees & timely SLA adherence (proposed) Process audit at vendor locations for establishing process assurance. Product quality assurance at vendor locations through product audits To initiate and focus on the quality at source (QC=QA) & elimination of obvious defects at QA & QC gate Project deployment.


3. Report Generation for maintaining Inspector & Vendor ratings

4. WBQ for Studded Jewellery

Benchmark study and arrive attributes for Gold Jewellery Conduct DOE and Trails for Proof of concept Creating standards and Guideline Making samples with WBQ attributes Conduct awareness and Training to Vendor CAD teams and Production teams on WBQ Product validation and scoring on WBQ attributes Deployment of WBQ attribute in Studded Jewellery.
