Responsibilities:
Check food quality and taste to ensure consistency and excellence.
Onboard new home chefs and provide comprehensive orientation and training.
Visit kitchens regularly to inspect hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor and improve BAM compliance across all operations.
Guide home chefs on the company's quality policies, standards, and best practices.
