Conduct site rounds to ensure area hygiene and product safety.
Check personal hygiene and overall kitchen hygiene.
Monitor and record cooking temperatures, cleaning, and sanitation practices.
Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products with appropriate tagging.
Sample prepared menu items and conduct quality testing.
Handle customer complaints related to food quality.
Maintain testing and documentation requirements as per FSSAI and operational standards.
Implement and maintain Food Safety and ISO 22000 guidelines.
Assist in HACCP documentation and audits.
