specialize in Self Adhesive labels , shrink sleeves and recently starting Monocarton division and are committed to

delivering excellence in print production. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team and ensure

the efficient operation of our printing processes.

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Executive - Label Printing

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: S.Kumar Multiproducts Pvt Ltd , Santej

Reports To: Plant Head

Job Purpose:

To ensure that all printed labels and packaging materials meet customer requirements, industry standards, and

internal quality benchmarks by monitoring, inspecting, and improving production processes from raw material to

finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incoming Material Inspection:

Inspect and approve raw materials (substrates, inks, adhesives, varnishes, foils, etc.). Verify supplier quality certifications and conduct random sampling tests.
2. In-Process Quality Control:

Monitor printing, coating, lamination, and finishing processes on press. Conduct in-process checks for color consistency, registration, text clarity, barcode/QR readability, and die-
cutting accuracy.

Check adhesion, rub resistance, and scuff resistance of printed labels. Maintain QA records of hourly/shift-wise inspections.
3. Finished Goods Quality:

Inspect finished rolls/sheets for defects (smudges, misregistration, color deviation, die-cut mismatch,
missing labels).

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, ISO/GMP standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g.,
pharma/FMCG requirements).

Approve or reject finished products before dispatch.
4.??Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective & preventive action (CAPA)
records.

Support ISO, GMP, and customer audits. Ensure traceability of batches for pharma/food industry customers.
5.??Continuous Improvement:

Identify recurring defects and work with production to resolve root causes. Provide feedback to operators and suggest process improvements. Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of printing processes little understanding of label converting (slitting, die-cutting, embossing, foiling) Familiarity with QA tools Attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or related field. Exposure to pharma/FMCG label quality requirements preferred.
