Educational Qualifications:

B.Pharm:

This provides the foundational knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, including drug formulation, pharmacology, and pharmaceutical analysis.

B.Sc:

Specialized training, particularly in fields like chemistry analysis, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, adds significant value.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' experience Requirement

Basic Knowledge of QA Principles:

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH guidelines)

Analytical Skills:

Understanding of analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, etc. Basics of validation processes (method validation, process validation).

Documentation Skills:

Knowledge of preparing and maintaining QA documentation. Awareness of batch records, deviation reports, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills. Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
