The Operations Coordinator will serve as the central link between Glint Cosmetics' ownership and all functional departments. This role ensures that departmental performance aligns with organizational goals, operational standards, and strategic objectives. Acting as both a facilitator and an enforcer of operational excellence, the Coordinator will oversee departments individually, ensuring each meets its Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Departmental Leadership & Coordination
Take charge of one department at a time for in-depth process, output, and challenge assessments.
Collaborate with department heads and team members to align departmental activities with the company's mission, vision, and objectives.
Identify performance gaps and operational inefficiencies, implementing corrective measures promptly.
2. Performance Monitoring & Appraisal
Conduct periodic departmental performance reviews in collaboration with ownership.
Track and assess KPIs and KRAs for each department to ensure goals are consistently achieved.
Maintain detailed performance reports for management review.
3. Employee Performance Review
Coordinate with HR to organize monthly and quarterly employee reviews.
Address performance deviations directly with relevant department heads.
Foster a culture of accountability and ownership across teams.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs are clearly documented, communicated, and adhered to.
Work with HR to maintain up-to-date job descriptions, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Monitor and enforce compliance with operational protocols daily.
5. Communication & Reporting
Act as the single point of contact between owners and department heads for operational matters.
Escalate risks and challenges promptly to senior management.
Prepare and present comprehensive performance dashboards for review meetings.
