Job Overview
The individual will be part of SE Team and will drive Core Process Engineering Part. The primary part of the role consists of building Quality mindset across Organization, ensuring Quality deliverables, overseeing local & Global HQ Quality KPIs / benchmarking and maintaining Standards, leveraging Quality systems, and driving quality & process improvements across the Organization.
Key Attributes required for performing the role:
Provide leadership support in building and growing the Quality mindset across the Organization
Thorough understanding of product / process quality domain Quality Planning & improvement, Control, developing quality framework aligning to Organizations Mission, Vision & Business
Should be a Team player having excellent communication skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, interpersonal / facilitation skills
Ability to work in ambiguity and diverse Teams & Groups to derive value out of projects and priorities set by the executive leadership need to conduct expectation setting & quality improvement exercise with each Teams & Groups
Should have very good implementation knowledge about different Software Development Life Cycles & development Methodologies e.g. Waterfall, V model, Conventional Methodologies, XP, AI/ML etc
Should have hands-on experience in driving Community of Practices (COP) related to Quality mindfulness events, Process Improvement - Code review practices, Defect Prevention, Unit / Developer Test, Process Automation / Quality Dashboards etc
Hands-on experience in defining Metrics, Data collection, Validation, Analysis, Org level Baselining etc. Reporting Metrics analysis results - Insights & area of improvement to Sr.Management and R&D Teams, identifying loopholes and driving Process & Quality improvement
Should be hands-on s/w Configuration Mgmt., Release&Integration mgmt, DevOps, Kubernates
Should have worked in agile based development environment & should be able to drive agile culture in the organization.
Enforce Process, KPIs & Software Engineering tools adoption & usage practices across the projects
Should have worked with cross functional teams on organizational process (re) design or industry specific business processes
Hands-on Experience on methodologies like ISO/CMMI/Agile/AI ML and experience / Knowledge on TL 9000/ Six Sigma will be an added advantage
Hands-on experience/knowledge on various Software Engineering Tools used in Software Development & Project Management and attitude to learn existing tools and explore new tools to improve code quali
