Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity This QA team is responsible for incoming inspection, product auditing, Stress testing The meterbody is a safety critical component so Pune will need experienced personal that need to be able to work and make decisions independently and take total ownership of product quality.The volume is too high to rely on remote support when an issue occurs. During the PPAP process, all the mechanical parts will need 100% inspection in Pune as the majority of the dimension on the drawing are critical. (This requirement is different than normal PMC products and it will not change). Incoming inspection must be completed in house with the already purchased Tianjin equipment for the parts already qualified. The Pune A team will need to lead the effort for any of the new parts not through incoming inspection in Tianjin. In addition to PPAP, the Pune QA team will do inspection of the first 5 production lots based on the AQL. Subsequent inspections extent and frequency will be modified based on the results. The meterbody parts will not be dock to stock. We have dual suppliers for most of the component parts so suggest that the Pune QA team develops a similar plan to what was done in Tianjin. There are a lot of inspections in parallel so lots of space and coordination of tasks are needed. In addition to incoming inspection, this QA team needs to conduct audit testing on a quarterly basis and manage HASS testing (This can be done outside similar to what was planned in Tianjin). Pune will also need to support diaphragm measurement to check for production tool ware by measuring the finished parts.
