Role Purpose

Prepare Process setting reports, In process reports process, job setup, Machine parameters job setup.

Key Responsibilities

Process l Audit as per Plan.

Rejection review on machine and make scrap note and verified by concerned department hod. Kaizen Designing new gauges, checking or control devices for customer, inhouse problems. Analyzing customer problem, preparing root cause analysis and action plan.

Monitoring of implemented actions

Kakotora sheet of previous action verifying weekly.

On job training to operators

Providing training to operators for input/output system, rejection handling, material handling, 5S, documentation knowledge to operatorsRole Purpose

Qualification

and Skills Formal Qualifications

Essential

Diploma in mechanical engineering
Excellent knowledge of measuring instrument, knowledge of Cmm Operating, Contracer, Roughness Tester & knowledge about 5s, Kaizen, 7QC Tool & 3M.
