Role Overview - QA Engineer:

We are seeking a

Quality Assurance Engineer

with

1-2 years of experience

in mechanical quality inspection, ideally from a

machine tools or precision manufacturing

background. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products meet

design specifications, industry standards

, and

customer expectations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

in-process and final inspections

of machined parts and assemblies Interpret and work with

engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documents

Use

precision measuring instruments

such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges Prepare and maintain

inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

, and quality documentation Coordinate with production and design teams for

quality feedback and corrective actions

Support

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implementation of

corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Participate in

internal audits

and contribute to

continual improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with

ISO and internal quality systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering 1-2 years of relevant experience in

quality assurance or quality control

Good understanding of

manufacturing processes

, especially turning and grinding Proficiency in using

inspection and metrology tools

Ability to

read and interpret mechanical drawings

Knowledge of

ISO 9001:2015 standards

is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
