About the RoleWe're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong foundation in Manual Testing and deep understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. If you have a passion for delivering flawless products, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams -- this is the perfect opportunity for you.What You'll DoDevelop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external benchmarks.Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures ensuring full end-to-end coverage.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and build quality into every phase.Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution; perform thorough regression testing.Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and testing efficiency.Work across multiple browsers and environments ensuring smooth performance across all touchpoints.You Bring5+ years of hands-on QA experience with strong expertise in Manual Testing.Solid understanding of QA concepts -- test plans, cases, methodologies, and best practices.Proven experience testing Policy Management or Claims Management Systems.Insurance domain expertise - P&C, Specialty Insurance, or related fields.Familiar with policy lifecycle, specialty industries (Construction, Oil & Gas, Regional Trucking), and lines like E&S, Surety, Professional & Management Liability.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across remote/global teams.Familiarity with Agile environments, Azure DevOps, and basics of Java or other programming languages.Nice to HaveExperience in Selenium or other automation tools.Creativity and initiative to improve test coverage, process efficiency, and product performance.Strong organizational skills -- able to handle multiple test executions and synthesize outcomes effectively.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact products in the global Insurance domain.
