Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate

Manual Tester

to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through systematic testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases to identify software issues and ensure product quality. Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and user stories. Report bugs and errors to development teams using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or new feature implementations. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions. Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and feedback for improvement. Participate in QA reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2 + year of experience in manual testing or software quality assurance. Strong understanding of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

and

Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

. Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Basic understanding of databases and writing SQL queries (optional but preferred). Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
