Job Description

BE/DME with 4 to 6 years' Experience in Quality role

Experience in Engineering drawing study and Inspection plans

Experience in Measurement techniques and Inspection of Parts (Mechanical, electrical) & CMM inspection

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 C :2009 standards

Supplier corrective actions/CAPA/Problem solving techniques

Experience in Supplier Audits, Supplier Qualification and supplier rating

Experience in Various manufacturing processes (Sheet metal, Casting, Machining, Surface treatments, Heat treatments etc.)

Knowledge on SAP (ERP) tool

PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, 7QC tools, QC story-PDCA, CAPA/CAR, G8D, SOP, Poka-Yoke, PPM reduction, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, 5'S Concept and Waste Elimination, Why-why analysis

Computer proficiency - MS office (Excel, Word, Power point), Presentation skill, MINI-TAB.

Having well experience in various ERP systems (SAP)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
