Role Overview

We are a growing hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturing company seeking an experienced and hands-on

Quality Professional

to establish, monitor, and continually improve our quality systems and processes. The role is critical to ensuring adherence to established procedures, reducing gaps in process execution, and driving a culture of quality across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce quality processes, standards, and systems across manufacturing. Conduct in-process inspections, final inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Prepare detailed test procedures and protocols for hydraulic cartridge valves

and ensure their strict implementation during production and testing. Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective & preventive actions. Establish documentation systems for quality procedures, work instructions, and checklists. Collaborate with production, assembly, and testing teams to ensure smooth execution of defined processes. Handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and prepare reports. Train and mentor operators and team members on quality awareness and best practices. Work towards achieving/maintaining relevant certifications (ISO/CE, etc.) and internal audits. Drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce rework/rejections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in

quality assurance/quality control in precision manufacturing (preferably hydraulics, valves, or machined components).

Strong knowledge of

quality tools (7QC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plans).

Good understanding of machining, assembly, and hydraulic testing processes. Skilled in using measuring instruments, gauges, and quality documentation. Effective communication and team-coordination skills. Ability to enforce discipline in process adherence while being a motivator.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
