Digital Solutions has an opening for the position of Quality Assurance Engineer in its Pune, India office. Your Key Responsibilities . Create Test ware - estimates, scenarios, test plan, test cases, and test data. . Execute Tests (Manual and Automated), collate evidence and manage defect reporting and tracking. . Monitor team progress and communicate with stakeholders on test engineering status. . Understand overall business functions & processes. . Understand business requirements. . Perform integration testing. . Provide feedback about quality improvement areas and manage the overall quality process. . Participate in requirement analysis. . Identify and highlight discrepancies in specifications. . Visualize, identify, and communicate long terms risks with project/ test approach. Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Qualifications: Your capabilities and credentials . Graduate in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent. . 5+ yrs. of experience in software testing as a Quality Assurance Professional. . Understanding of all stages of SDLC. . Excellent documentation skills. . Excellent verbal & written communication skills. . Experience in testing Full Stack Applications that use Java/.NET along with UI written in any framework of JavaScript like Angular, React etc. . Experience in testing Cloud based webapps. . Good knowledge of any RDBMS like MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server. . Experience of working in Agile project. . Exposure to Test Automation tools like Cucumber, JMeter, Selenium will be an advantage. . Good written and spoken English. . Strong collaboration skills and experience in working with global teams. . Ability to comprehend the technical details of the requirements. . Ability to understand and follow the development process. . Knowledge of version control tools. . Aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains. . Ability to work in an Agile methodology environment. . Knowledge of Test Management tools, preferably JIRA. . Experience (Good-to-Have) o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Cloud Computing Services). o Knowledge of Azure DevOps. o Understanding of or interest in learning UI/UX, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap. o Familiarity with using Jira services or writing your own User Stories or Tasks.
