Key Responsibilities

Quality System Implementation & Monitoring

Implement, maintain, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, or applicable standards. Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals across lab and plant operations.

Laboratory & Process Quality Control

Review and verify test methods, calibration records, validation reports, and analytical results. Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality at CNPL.

Documentation & Records Control

Prepare, review, and control SOPs, test protocols, formats, COAs, deviation reports, and change controls. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record retention as per regulatory and audit requirements.

Audits & Compliance

Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and customer inspections. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, customer specifications, and statutory guidelines.

Deviation, CAPA & Risk Management

Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support risk assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Coordination

Train laboratory and production personnel on quality procedures, GMP, and good laboratory practices (GLP). Coordinate with QC, production, R&D, and management teams for quality improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent Diploma / Degree in Quality Management (preferred)

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in QA within a chemical lab, testing laboratory, or chemical manufacturing unit

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
