The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products by designing, executing, and automating tests across the entire software development lifecycle. You will be a key partner in collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, bug-free products to our customers.

You are great at:

\xc2\xb7 Test Design and Execution:

\xc2\xb7 Analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to understand product functionality and user needs.

\xc2\xb7 Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for various testing types (functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Execute manual and automated tests across different platforms and devices.

\xc2\xb7 Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and concise manner.

\xc2\xb7 Verify bug fixes and ensure thorough regression testing.

\xc2\xb7 Automation:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).

\xc2\xb7 Implement best practices for test automation architecture and maintainability.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in automation coverage and efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Collaboration and Communication:

\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in discussions with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues and improve quality processes.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate test results, bug reports, and progress updates to relevant teams.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

What it takes:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 2-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge / hands on expertise in Identity, Security & Access Management Applications / domain

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Single Sign-on technologies (SSO) and federation protocols such as SAML, WS-FED, O-Auth.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, SSL protocols

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in Linux System Admin and Bash Scripting

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

\xc2\xb7 Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in writing test scripts using scripting languages (e.g., Java, Typescript, Curl).

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have:

\xc2\xb7 Experience with performance and security testing.

\xc2\xb7 Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, CCNA).
