Inspect incoming fruits & vegetables (grading, freshness, maturity, pesticide residue compliance)
Monitor storage, handling, and dispatch with proper cold chain practices
Maintain temperature & humidity records and oversee pest control programs
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GHP, GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000
Train staff on hygiene & safe handling practices
Maintain documentation, traceability, and support audits
