We partner with leading universities and deliver ethical, high-quality student recruitment. We are expanding our Operations & Compliance team and are hiring a Quality Assurance & Compliance Executive to strengthen our documentation and admissions processes.
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance & Compliance Executive will ensure that all student applications, documents, CRM data, and communication meet the highest accuracy and compliance standards. The role involves verifying documentation, conducting quality checks, ensuring file compliance for admissions and visas, and supporting counsellors to maintain audit-ready records.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Review all student files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
- Verify academic records, financial documents, passports, SOPs, application forms, and other supporting documents.
- Identify errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections.
- Maintain internal quality benchmarks across all applications.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with country-specific admission and visa guidelines (UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, etc.).
- Stay updated with university requirements and immigration changes; share updates with relevant teams.
- Conduct periodic audits of B2C and B2B student files.
- Maintain ethical, transparent, and compliant recruitment practices.
CRM & Data Accuracy
- Ensure all information in the Monday.com CRM is accurate and updated.
- Monitor lead statuses, document uploads, application timelines, and remarks.
- Work with counsellors to ensure proper documentation at every stage.
Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance workflow.
- Assist in creating and updating SOPs for documentation, admissions, and compliance.
- Support training for counsellors and operations staff on compliance standards.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with Counselling, Admissions, Visa, and University Relations teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of pending documents or file discrepancies.
- Prepare compliance reports and dashboards as required.
Skills Required
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of study abroad documentation (especially UK & Ireland).
- Knowledge of admissions processes and visa documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Monday.com preferred).
- Strong documentation and file verification skills.
- Experience in quality checks, compliance audits, and record management.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete files.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in study abroad operations, admissions, documentation, or compliance.
- Knowledge of UK admissions and visa processes is highly desirable.
