QA - Chemist are req in Chemical Manufacturing Company at Taloja-MIDC

Experience - min 6 months to 3yrs ( GC, HPLC, and CAPA processes)

Salary - 20k to 30k

Location: Taloja - MIDC

Department: Quality Assurance

Qualifications :- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry

Role Objective:-

To ensure product quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement by monitoring QA processes, CAPA implementation, and analytical testing using GC / HPLC.

Key Responsibilities:-

Monitor and review quality control processes for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
Handle CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes:
1) Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and track preventive measures.

2) Ensure documentation and closure as per regulatory and internal quality standards.

Conduct in-process checks and maintain proper documentation as per GMP/ISO guidelines.
Perform analytical testing using GC and HPLC for:-
1) Assay and impurity profiling.

2) Residual solvents and stability studies.

3) Raw material and product quality evaluation.

Prepare quality reports and analytical documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Participate in internal and external audits, assist in addressing observations, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Support R&D and production teams in quality-related investigations and improvement initiatives.
Skills:

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, CAPA methodology, and documentation practices.
Proficiency in analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis).
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
