Monitor and audit sales calls, site visit interactions, and customer meetings to ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
Evaluate communication quality, customer handling, accuracy of information, and professionalism.
Provide regular feedback to sales and CRM teams with action points.
Process Improvement
Identify recurring issues, quality gaps, or training needs based on audit findings.
Collaborate with Training and Sales teams to develop performance improvement plans.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain audit logs and generate daily/weekly quality performance reports.
Assist in preparing dashboards and summaries for management review.
Customer Experience Monitoring
Conduct periodic customer feedback follow-ups to validate service quality.
Highlight client complaints, delays, or discrepancies for corrective action.
Compliance & SOP Adherence
Ensure that all customer-facing activities are aligned with legal and operational compliance standards.
Support in updating checklists, SOPs, and quality manuals as needed.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in real estate, BPO, or customer service environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and basic data tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to real estate operations or tele-sales process.
Knowledge of RERA compliance and customer documentation process.
Experience with quality audit tools or call monitoring software.
