Fasta Pizza Company is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a B.Sc or M.Sc in Microbiology to join our Quality Assurance team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in the food industry. Responsibilities:

- Inspect Quality: Check raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards and regulations.
- Test Samples: Collect samples for testing and perform basic microbiological tests like plate counts and mold checks.
- Keep Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any actions taken to fix issues.
- Evaluate Products: Help evaluate product quality through sensory tests like taste and appearance checks.
- Follow Procedures: Assist in following and improving our quality assurance procedures to meet safety standards.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of microbiology and food safety regulations.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
