QA Executive

for one of the

Pharma Manufacturing

Industry at

Navsari

location.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS):

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the site QMS in alignment with global and local regulatory requirements.

Deviation & CAPA Management:

Review and investigate deviations, incidents, and non-conformances. Monitor CAPA effectiveness through periodic trend analysis.

Regulatory Audits & Compliance:

Support internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU, etc.). Prepare and maintain audit readiness at all times.

Validation & Qualification:

Participate in validation and qualification activities (equipment, utilities, process, cleaning, analytical methods).

Annual Product Quality Review (APQR):

Coordinate, compile, and review APQR reports for all commercial products.

In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):

Monitor shop floor activities during manufacturing and packaging operations.

Documentation & SOP Control:

Review and maintain controlled documents (SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, validation protocols, etc.).
