About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced professional from the insurance industry to join our team as a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, a passion for knowledge sharing, and expertise in ensuring quality standards across processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on insurance products, processes, and compliance. Monitor and assess the quality of calls, processes, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Experience



Proven work experience in the insurance sector (minimum 2years). Prior experience in training, quality assurance, or process auditing. Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry guidelines, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify skill gaps and design effective training interventions. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
