The Quality Analyst for our Delivery Excellent group is responsible for testing to identify mistakes and defects when delivering our software solutions.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst Location : PAN INDIA CTC : Max rate - 11 USD/hr from Mgneto to CT (12 LPA salary) : The Quality Analyst for our Delivery Excellent group is responsible for testing to identify mistakes and defects when delivering our software solutions. This role provides confidence to internal and external teams that quality requirements are fulfilled before released to client production environments. Executes testing to validate functionality in all phases of testing to ensure the software meets a defined set of specifications Performs sanity tests Tracks and reports all defects from identification to resolution Upholds and adheres to testing best practices at all times Creates, updates and maintains testing documentation Analyses software changes and applies to test plan Participates in continuous improvement efforts in test coverage and effectiveness Communicates appropriately and effectively with internal and external clients Contributes as the subject matter expert for quality on assigned projects Develops working knowledge of the customer Platform Minimum and essential qualifications, experience and technical expertise required to complete role: Self-starter with the ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Products with an intermediate understanding of Word, Excel Abilities and behaviors required for success in the role: Clear communicator (written and verbal) must have the ability to document issues clearly and communicate across various departments in the organization. Ability to understand and meet deadlines and required deliverables. Abstract thinking when it comes to the product and approach to testing. Understanding proprietary applications and applying learned knowledge of the system to testing. Attention to detail Clearly documents testing issues Works to understand change and impacts to the application/client specific configuration.
