Responsible for participating in, and ensuring internal testing of technical project(s), by helping design and test requirements in relation to internal software and system needs, under the supervision of a team lead, during the development and implementation phase to meet business units' requirements; acts within the direction of a team lead as a liaison between the development team and end users (e.g., clients, internal customers, etc.) to monitor changes to the system and potential resources to complete tests in a timely manner, with no impact on the current platform; contributes to design analysis, creation of reports, and other duties to ensure the project management team has feasible software and project requirements. Description for Internal Candidates

Software Quality Assurance Analysis Functions - Perform a variety of quality assurance (QA) activities under the guidance of a department staff while adhering to established corporate and department policies, procedures, and deadlines

Project Participation - Participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects including preparing reports, material, documentation, and coordinating tasks

Team Interface/Customer Service - Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts
