Description & Requirements
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will have a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability-helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-4 Years Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestComplete.
• Experience of SQL, APIs, and data validation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
