Job Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance

Develop and establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Prepare, review, and issue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality records, plant records, and other associated documentation to ensure compliance and effective implementation.

Issue Production Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), carry out product label verification, and verify completed BMRs post-production to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist the quality team in the effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, QMS, and regulatory requirements (FSSAI and others).

Support validation, verification, and calibration activities.

Assist in maintaining documentation for certifications, internal, and customer audits; monitor compliance; and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified non-conformities

Coordinate with external labs for specific testing requirements.

Assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.

Support customers by providing completed questionnaires, supporting documents, and any other required quality-related information.

Conduct quality training and awareness sessions for production and shop floor staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
