Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst :

Responsible for creating test materials, including test cases, test scripts, test data, defect management, issue
resolution and production implementation. Responsible for actively participating on assigned project teams
which perform the following project activities: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing by
increasing the quality of the deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Supporting BT in identifying potential barriers to accessibility and suggesting potential solutions
which will be in conformance with accessibility guidelines and laws including but not limited to
W3C WCAG 2.x standards, compliance with the ADA and the Twenty-First Century
Communications and Video Accessibility Act.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assisting BT in applying accessibility knowledge to the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital properties including but
not limited to web applications, mobile applications, and electronic documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Supporting BT in managing and maintaining the American Heart Association\xe2\x80\x99s Standards
documentation repository.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assisting in the establishment and implementation of effective accessibility training materials.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing, writing, and presenting procedure documents according to standard templates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitating and tracking procedure reviews and updates, including facilitating the migration of
materials to our new SharePoint site.
\xef\x82\xb7 Defining and meeting key deliverables for assignments and providing updates to management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Completing assignments in a high quality and timely fashion.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participating and assisting with meeting facilitation and minutes related to BT assignments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying ways to assist BT in promoting accessibility through various communication methods.
\xef\x82\xb7 Supporting the roadmap planning and project intake efforts.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or testing role on projects using a formal
methodology.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in Accessibility Testing and Manual testing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with web-based testing browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari
\xef\x82\xb7 Problem solving abilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to be detail oriented
\xef\x82\xb7 Awareness or understanding of closed captioning
\xef\x82\xb7 An interest in issues of accessibility, disability, assistive technology, or universal design
\xef\x82\xb7 Applicants should be ready to learn on the job and will be supported in developing a robust skill
set in accessibility
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong problem solving and time management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work under pressure, and the ability to work independently and in small groups is
required
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
\xef\x82\xb7 BA experience would be a plus.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in defect tracking tools, Azure Dev Ops
\xef\x82\xb7 Basic skills in SharePoint and Visio
\xef\x82\xb7 Basic skills in regression and black box testing as well as security and identity management solutions
Language & Soft skills:

• Proficient in English language (Listening, Speaking, Writing)
