Verification and analysis of customer end rejection/rework.
Review and resolve Final/Pre-dispatch quality issues.
Attend and resolve customer complaints by taking effective corrective action.
Taking corrective action on customer return PPM.
Interaction with customer for quality complaints and their expectations.
