Requires Quality Assistant Manager/ Manager (QA/QC) for a Construction Company (Contracting firm) at Pune

Job Title: Quality Assistant Manager/ Manager (QA/QC)

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Project Type: High-rise Residential & Commercial Projects

Industry: Construction / Contracting Firm

Educational Qualification:

?Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

?Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring QA/QC systems at project sites.

?Ensure compliance with approved Quality Management Systems, drawings, specifications, and standards.

?Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks for civil, finishing, and MEP works.

?Coordinate with execution teams and subcontractors to meet defined quality benchmarks.

?Review method statements, ITPs, checklists, and material submittals.

?Monitor incoming material quality and ensure testing as per IS codes and project requirements.

?Identify NCRs, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.

?Support internal and external audits and maintain quality documentation.

?Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and test results for management and clients.

Key Skills & Experience:

?8+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

?Prior experience in similar roles is mandatory.

?Experience working with a contracting firm is preferred.

?Strong knowledge of IS codes, quality standards, and construction best practices.

?Hands-on experience in concrete works, finishing works, and material testing.

?Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
