Responsible for ensuring product & process quality in Li-ion battery manufacturing, meeting IATF standards, PPAP requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain IATF 16949 quality systems.
Monitor incoming, in-process & final quality of cells, BMS, and battery packs.
Lead root cause analysis & CAPA (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
Drive process improvement to reduce defects and improve line yield.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
Support internal & external audits, documentation, and quality reporting.
Skills Required
Knowledge of Li-ion battery processes/OR Process quality, IATF, APQP, PPAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
