Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Quality Assistant

to join our team at Vadodara. This is an excellent opportunity for a

B.E. Chemicals graduate (Fresher)

to start their career in the quality assurance field and grow with a dynamic organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine

quality inspections and tests

of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Perform

chemical analysis and physical tests

according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure

product compliance

with technical specifications and industry standards.

Record, analyze, and report

test results

and maintain proper documentation of quality activities.

Assist in

troubleshooting quality issues

and suggest corrective actions.

Monitor and ensure proper

calibration of testing equipment

and lab maintenance.

Support the

R&D and production teams

in implementing quality improvements.

Follow all

safety, health, and environmental regulations

.

Participate in internal audits and assist during external audits.

Qualification & Skills Required:

B.E. Chemical Engineering - Freshers can apply

Basic knowledge of chemical testing methods and laboratory practices

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Compensation:

Salary: Negotiable as per industry standards and candidate's qualification

Other benefits as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
