Quality Engineer

The Quality and Safety Engineer ensures that all construction activities, materials, and processes meet established quality standards. They play a vital role in ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and the company's quality policies to deliver high-quality projects. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and standards.

Responsibility:-

Develop and implement quality control and safety measures procedures and checklists for construction projects. Inspect ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications. Ensure that materials used in construction meet quality standards by verifying supplier certifications and material tests. Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques Quality inspection of industrial plants, warehouses, etc. Review the process of construction at the site periodically & profess the change to adhere. Work with project managers and engineers to develop strategies for preventing quality issues. Promote awareness of quality management systems among employees and subcontractors. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to do planning and scheduling of project

Quality norms :

Preparing material testing check list Material inward, testing and presenting concert reports Work closely with site teams to resolve quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

Testing and documentation :

Design of shuttering & staging Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality audits. Prepare reports detailing the quality performance of projects and highlight areas for improvement. Ensure all quality documentation is properly organized and archived for future reference. Various material testing including sieve analysis, cube test, site test, impact and crushing value of aggregate, dlbd of aggregate etc Conduct various test of cement, steel, brick test like that initial and final setting time, consistency and strength Checking brick work plastering, water proofing, casting, foundation bolting

Other Requirement :

Qualification : B.E Civil

Experience:

minimum 5 years

Age :

30 to 35 years

Relocation : Candidates must be reliable to relocate to other cities according to the site's needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
