Job Description

QUALITY CUM PRODUCTION REQUIRED IN PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING UNIT with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in quality control, with a focus on ensuring consistent product quality through process optimization and defect prevention.

Injection Molding Process Knowledge :

A thorough understanding of the injection molding process, including parameters like temperature, pressure, cooling time, and material selection, is crucial.

Material Science :

Knowledge of different plastic materials, their properties, and how they behave during molding is essential.

Mold Design and Maintenance :

Understanding mold design principles and the importance of mold maintenance for consistent quality is vital.

Quality Control Techniques :

Familiarity with quality control methods, including statistical process control (SPC), inspection techniques, and defect analysis.

Blueprint Reading and GD&T :

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is necessary for accurate inspection and measurement.

Measuring Tools :

Proficiency in using various measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, for dimensional accuracy.

Software Proficiency :

Familiarity with software used in quality control, such as SPC software, CAD software, and ERP systems.
Skills and Abilities:

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail to identify even minor defects that could impact product quality.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments, including production, engineering, and customers.
