We are a product-based company in the dental technology space. ToothSi is a one-stop solution for smile correction using clear aligners technology. We are currently operational in 5 cities across India, namely, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune. We are servicing more than 1000 inquiries a month. We are looking to expand nationally and internationally in the next 1 year.

About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for internal as well as external
2. Monitor calls & provide them feedback on a timely basis
3. Prepare and analyze quality reports for management staff review
4. Handle quality-related escalations & taking action against the same on a timely basis
*Candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)

Effective Communication MS-Excel Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
