Role Summary
The Quality Analyst Intern will support the Quality Assurance team in testing web and/or mobile applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and assisting in maintaining QA documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time software testing processes, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Execute test cases and document test results accurately
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools
• Support regression, functional, and exploratory testing activities
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of test cases, test scenarios, and test data
• Coordinate with developers and QA team to understand requirements and defects
• Follow defined QA processes, STLC, and quality standards

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and STLC
• Knowledge of manual testing fundamentals
• Ability to write clear test cases and report defects
• Basic understanding of web applications and browser behavior
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar is a plus
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong willingness to learn QA tools and technologies
